Day Skipper Motor Course in Alicante 2023
What a lot of fun this was!!
We partnered with Costa Blanca Sailing and Sur La Mer in Alicante. Amongst the fun, the laughs, the learning, the tapas and a spot of island hopping, eight happy club members gained life long friends, fabulous memories and achieved their Day Skipper Motor certificate, enabling them to drive boats up to 24m in length.

Club Christmas Party 2023
Every year we hold a get together for club members, it is a brilliant way for club members to meet each other and enjoy their passion for being on the water.
We have held two summer partys at The Italian Villa at Compton Acres…. one summer BBQ, everyone enjoyed it so much that we held an afternoon tea there a few years later.
Club members have enjoyed champagne and canapes by the fire at Hotel Du Vin for Christmas and in 2023 we celebrated with wine and cheese at Renoufs.
Unleash The Night 2024
If there was a James Bond themed event – I would argue it looks something like this!!
Club members enjoyed two fun-filled weekends of boating. Undertaking night navigation, learning search patterns which all led to an adventurous journey through the Solent in the dark.
Using their new navigational skills, six club members across two boats successfully achieved their mission. They found their way using only the lights of the buoys to light their way to several snazzy hotels along the coast stopping for a good nights rest and meal by the fire before setting off to their next stop.
An adventure that will stay with them for life!!
Catamaran Holiday in Croatia 2024
Imagine sailing along the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic, stopping in a secluded bay for a swim and snorkel before enjoying a BBQ onboard with friends. Heading to dinner on a quaint terrace overlooking the bay bathed in the glow of the sunset….. this is the description of our first night on anchor – imagine what the rest of the week looked like.
It was full of fun, sun, exploring, adventuring, enjoying local cuisine, some tuna fishing off the boat (if Bailey is onboard) sunsets, sun rises, singing, dancing, swimming and memories that will last a life time!!
This was definitely one to tick off the bucket list!! Everyone enjoyed it so much they have already booked onto the next trip.
